Project Summary

Project 1: Bold Advice supported United Airlines in the construction of a 265,000 sq. ft. facility for a new wide-body line maintenance aircraft hangar. This building included administrative offices, maintenance support, an engine build-up shop, and storage. Additionally, the site work included a new aircraft parking apron and taxi lane connecting to the existing taxiway.

Project 2: Complete remodelling of United's 14 floors within Chicago's iconic Willis Tower building. This included the 35,500-sq. ft tenant buildout with an employee amenity hub and interconnecting staircase, as well as refresh to the existing outdoor terrace. The space features multiple boardrooms and conference rooms; multiple coworking and collaboration spaces; a library; a café with grab-and-go stations; and an upgraded elevator lobby.
