Project Summary

ProRail is responsible for ensuring the timely supply of power to the Dutch railway system by conducting 50 projects at any time. The projects consist of building new and updating existing substations in complex locations. Bold Advice delivered experienced Program Analysts to support ProRail across their projects.

Throughout the partnership, Bold Advice supports ProRail project teams (and especially their planners) in establishing a unified way of working, and optimizing schedules for easy reporting.
